Kashif and Shanghai Boss Allegedly Broke Law On Elections Day and Posted It On Facebook

Greg Charles aka Gregory Nedd aka Kashif Muhammad displaying his ballot on November 28By now all Guyanese at home and in the diaspora would have seen Greg Charles aka Gregory Nedd aka Kashif Muhammad, one of the conveners of the Kashif and Shanghai soccer tournament, arrogantly displaying the ballot he supposedly casted on November 28 in Guyana’s general election, with a prominent X next to the PPP symbol – the cup.

Kashif was so proud of his vote for the PPP that he also placed his voter ID card on his ballot and took a photograph of it apparently with his cell phone.

Obviously he broke the law by taking a camera into the voting booth as well as by taking a photograph while in the booth. But there seem to be no other incentive to committing such an imbecilic and desperate act, than fulfilling a requirement by his puppet masters in the PPP to show proof of his vote in order to preserve his alleged PPP government protection ostensibly from the DEA and Scotland Yard.

Kashif is said to be part of a criminal drug ring formerly connected to convicted criminal and Bharrat Jagdeo associate Roger Khan. US government sources say Kashif is under watch for alleged criminal involvement in the movement of narcotics between Guyana, Brazil and Columbia into the US and major cities in Europe.

The source also disclosed that he has for the past 19 years ingratiated himself with Bharrat Jagdeo and his then regime to help source government funding for his soccer tournament – a front business which he has been using to allegedly wash and launder ill-gotten, blood money.

Two Western diplomat reported to “country” that Kashif was one of four or more known alleged narcotics dealers who attended Donald Ramotar’s swearing in ceremony.

He allegedly lives in Richmond Hill, Linden, Guyana. Linden voted overwhelmingly for Guyana’s opposition APNU.

Observers and eager to see what reaction the sports enthusiast will receive when he convenes his next soccer championship.
